Delta Group Australia Pty Ltd (DGA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. DGA acts as the Australasian holding company for a range of businesses operating in the Galvanizing Services and Engineered Steel Products segments.

DGA’s Australasian businesses are structured around six operating divisions:-

• AusZinc Metals and Alloys – a producer of zinc based alloys and zinc chemicals for the galvanizing, zinc smelting and agricultural industries;
• Industrial Galvanizers – supplying galvanizing services to the steel industry through a net work of nine plants strategically located throughout Australia and the manufacture and supply of hot dip galvanized lintels under the brand name Ingal Building Systems;
  
• Donhad – a major producer of steel grinding balls (media) for the mining industry and manufacturer of specialty forgings for applications in the mining and mineral processing industry;
• Ingal Civil Products – Australia’s major producer and supplier of road safety barriers systems (guardrail and wire rope);
  
• Ingal EPS – A leading producer of engineered steel poles and columns for applications in street lighting, flood lighting, power transmission, power distribution and telecommunications in Australia and New Zealand; and
• Webforge – Australasia’s leading producer of forge welded grating, Monowills handrailing systems, expanded mesh and architectural aluminium sunscreens under the Hi-Light brand name.
